Our cause
Medical alert and response service dogs and mobility service dogs are in great demand in Québec, and resources are scarce for people suffering from chronic illnesses. At the Académie MédiCanin, we offer services at affordable prices for people in need. We hope to be able to make our services free one day.
Éthique
We have the well-being of our beneficiaries and their service dogs at heart. This is why we have a competent team that does not exceed the limit of their knowledge; each beneficiary has a different and unique need.
Accessible
Académie MédiCanin is primarily a community of mutual aid and benevolence. All donations received go directly to our beneficiaries, in order to reduce the costs incurred by a service dog, including dog training, veterinary or food costs, etc.
Abordable
We aim to make service dogs more accessible to people with disabilities, by reducing the wait and costs of a service dog as well as by raising awareness of them.

Nous offrons maintenant plusieurs options de financement pour nos bénéficiaires, incluant des rabais pour les bénéficiaires transfèrant d'un autre organisme, du parainage et une bourse complète pour l'entraînement d'un chien d'assistance. Contribuez dès maintenant à notre cause!
